Privacy Policy

Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance

In compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy)Ordinance (the “Ordinance”), QuoQuoApp Ltd (the “Company”) collects, uses and keepsconfidential of your personal data, and ensures its completeness.

Personal data

The personal data of customers and salesmen heldby the Company includes but is not limited to their names, telephone numbers,email addresses, addresses, names of companies the salesmen work for and proofsof employment, or other data required by the Company for the provision ofservices (collectively, the “Personal Data”).

Purposes

The Personal Data may be used for the followingpurposes:

1.           to provide,maintain and improve the daily services at the website(s) and mobileapplication(s) of the Company;

2.           to sendnotifications to customers or otherwise contact customers by other means for updatesand special offers of telecommunication services or products;

3.           to directlygive the names and contact details or other personal data (if necessary) of salesmento customers for their convenience in making enquiries with salesmen;

4.           to handleusers’ complaints and enquiries;

5.           to conductdata analysis and quality assessments;

6.           to makedisclosures as required by the laws that are applicable to the Company; or

7.           to do anythingthat is directly related to the above.

Failure to supply by customers or salesmen any corrector sufficient Personal Data as requested by the Company may cause theimpossibility of providing services to customers or salesmen by the Company.

Transfer of personal data

The Company will keep the confidentiality of the PersonalData, but there are possibilities that such Personal Data will be provided tothe parties below:

1.           thesubsidiaries or affiliates of the Company;

2.           the thirdparty service providers of the Company;

3.           any publicmedia (solely for the purpose of handling customers’ complaints and enquiriesas referred by the public media);

4.           any personto whom the Company is under an obligation to make disclosure under anyapplicable law;

5.           any otherperson who owes a duty of confidentiality to the Company.

Access andmodification of personal data

You are entitled to access and modify any PersonalData concerning you in the possession of the Company. Any request for accessand modification of Personal Data shall be made in writing and sent to thepersonal data privacy officer of the Company via email to info@quoquoapp.com

According to the Ordinance, we have the right to chargea reasonable fee for handling any Personal Data access request.

Retention ofpersonal data

The Company will retain the Personal Data for aslong as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes of collecting and usingthe Personal Data.

Variation

The Company may amend this privacy policy fromtime to time. Any such amendments shall take immediate effect upon posting on thewebsite of the Company or the QuoQuoAPP.

In case of any inconsistencies or ambiguitiesbetween the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
